HtbaS – Episode 68

It’s the panicky last-minute-before-travel episode! I talk about finishing my son’s room makeover, felted wool projects, and getting ready for the Mid-Atlantic Quilt Festival.

  1. Hi Pam,
I heard about your podcast from Frances’s “The Off-Quilter Kilt” podcast and have been catching up all week. You kept me company while I was working on Sandy Brawner’s “Hip to Be Square” quilt top; it seemed logical in a Mr. Spock-like fashion to match you and the project together. Did I mention that my Star-Trek loving husband got a kick out of the Vulcan motif on your “Quilt Long and Prosper” tag?
I get a kick out of how quickly you can put projects together, especially since you quilt them yourself. I keep trying to figure out how I can present your efficiency to my company as proof that working at home, like you do, would be improve my productivity as well. Until then, I will listen to you and the other Podcasting Sisters while I commute. Like my job, love my boss, hate my commute 🙂
I hope that everyone had a great time at Hampton today. I live about four hours away in Annapolis, MD but was just not able to make it. Instead, I went to the library and checked out some of Frances’s books for later.
    All the best.
