Black Friday Sew-In Giveaway!

Well, I don’t have a picture of what I’ll be giving away because it’s not quite settled yet. And the reason it’s not settled yet are 1) coffee, or specifically the lack thereof and B) YOU get to pick the prize.

I’m giving away 4 FQs, but to win you have to comment and tell me which color you prefer. Β Here are your options:

  • Purple
  • Blue
  • Teal/Aqua
  • Dark Green
  • Light Green
  • Brown

Make sure I have a way to contact you (either via email or twitter). Β Entries will close at midnight Eastern time tonight!

Edited to add: If this is the first time you’ve commented since my blog moved to the WordPress host, I will have to moderate your comment. Fear not! I will approve all comments before doing the drawing, and will be moderating throughout the day.

  1. Love love love your podcast! You make me laugh every time. Thank you for sharing your time with us lurkers! As far as colors for fat quarters…that’s hard because I love them all! If forced to choose, I’d say teal/aqua.

  2. I’d say purple, since I have a serious lack of that in my stash… πŸ™‚ Hope that cold doesn’t keep you too down today! πŸ™‚

  3. Thank you for having a give-away today! I’m doing Bonnie Hunter’s mystery quilt so I could really use the Teal\Aqua! Enjoy your “Sew-In”

  4. Yes, a tough choice to choose just one color group. But, I do a fair amount of floral applique, so dark green is probably what I use most for leaf and stem variety.

  5. What an awesome give-away. Thanks so much for all that you do. My color choice would be teal/aqua. Happy Sewing πŸ™‚

  6. Thanks for doing a give-away today! I always look forward to your podcast, and enjoy it very much. I think my choice would be blue.

  7. I’d probably also go for teal/aqua–I seem to be in that zone lately. Thanks for your podcasting, blogging, and everything else–I enjoy it!

  8. I love Purple! Thanks for the giveaway. Just listened to the podcast. Love outlander! Read the Passage as an audio book but still didn’t get totally into it. Reading the Winter Sea after CGM recommended it. Like it so far!

  9. I just love, love teal/aqua. I try to sneek it into every quilt I make. Love your podcast, keep up the great work.

  10. I like the teal/aqua too. I can’t join in to BFSI, because here, in Canada, it’s a workday (even though our stores are putting on a lot of Black Friday sales.)

  11. Aqua or Purple would be my favorite. I hope to be able to participate in BFSI soon. Laundry, turkey malaise and the sofa are preventing it right now. πŸ™‚

  12. Love your podcast Pam!!! I look forward to each posting. I’m a coffee lover too and I finally got rid of my “coffee headache” after not managing to have time for a cup yesterday. I would love your teal/aqua FQ. Thanks for all the joy you bring.

  13. My light gree supply is running low so I will go with that color.

This morning at 6:05 there was no waiting at Starbucks. This does not happen very often. I figured people were either sleeping in or shopping. I was on my way to work so I was glad to treat myself to a skinny latte at the coffee shop.

  14. ….SINCE I never know if I am a NO REPLY poster or not….

    Dark Green
    Light Green

Any one of the above are good for me… I have decided I like the cool side of the color wheel more then the warm colors… My stash is about 65% cool colors. … and that is what I have been using lately. Have two quilts ( Scrappy — king size) being made at this time using the warm color wheel.

Listened to your latest podcast today…. I know what you mean about having kids at home and how it interferes / guides your plans… It always amazes me with the amount of work you get done.

Festive Flurries is very cute…. but I will not show my hubby pictures of your STAR WARS Millennium Falcon otherwise he might demand one for himself… IT WILL BE OUR LITTLE SECRET.

  15. Teal and Aqua are lacking in my stash. Thanks for the giveaway! And I now have to go listen to a certain new podcast that popped up in iTunes and drink some salted caramel hot chocolate. πŸ™‚
