  1. Yay for the quilting day! I think I’ll be with you in spirit…no power for us in NJ yet and I really miss my sewing machine! Enjoy!

  2. I am laughing and yet totally red-faced with embarrassment. I don’t think those words have ever escaped my lips (or fingers) and really had no idea those initials could be taken that way. Sorry about that! Of course I meant Millennium Falcon.

  3. We like Famous Dave’s BBQ sauce - Sweet and Zesty (purple label) and Rich and Sassy (blue label).
I like the idea of stew meat instead of ground in chili. I make mine with black beans and navy beans or great northern beans. I hate pintos.

  4. Enjoyed your podcast as always.

I use the Fons & Porter binding tool, which has a similar idea.

I can sleep in strange beds (now that sounds strange) but understand not eating strange chili. I do like the textures, but am not big on spicy. Luckily, our local Amish market (everyone should have one) makes terrific chili, along with perfect pretzel dogs, donuts to die for ad all the rest.

    All the best.

  5. Now I’m going to have to go and watch all of Firefly and then all of Castle again, to pick up on the Firefly references that I have obviously missed so far in Castle (desperately waiting for Season 4 to come out on DVD here in Germany!!) … How am I supposed to get any sewing done now?

  6. Just want to say thank you for the Google hang out that you and Katie put together on Veterans’ Day. I liked seeing what others were working on and putting faces with names.

Leave a Comment! I often respond to comments in the next recorded podcast, but if you want a reply here, just let me know!
