Jingle Progress: All Caught Up

I managed to finish up the two applique blocks for Miss Jingle, so I’m all caught up now! Huzzah. And that’s despite contracting whatever virus my son had earlier in the week.

Some of those berries are near to having corners, but I figure that’s what they get for 3/8″ in diameter.

Very nice! I have a thing for pudgy birds, cardinals especially, so you can just go ahead and make another one of those blocks and send it along. (Keep the germs home, though. Don’t need to ship those.) Love the design on these blocks-looking forward to seeing more!

They look really pretty! Hope Boxer is feeling better! Have you tried using washers when making berries? You can even iron on them, I saw that trick on Simply Quilts.

  3. They look amazing to me! Tiny circles are hard! Are you doing machine or hand applique? do they have a turned seam allowance or raw edge?

Well, at least you tried the leaves in different locations. I respect that even if you ultimately went with symmetry. Thanks for at least checking out my suggestion.

I am confused by the gluing you talk about? What is this gluing of which you speak? No fusible?
