HtbaS – Episode 131

I talk about FEELINGS, mostly because the end of the school years gives me them. No podcast next week, so enjoy this discourse!

  1. As to volume, here’s what I got. I listened to Sandy, then Tanisha and then you over the course of several rides to and from work. Tanisha’s volume was the easiest to hear, then yours and then Sandy’s. This is not to say that any of you are loud mouths!

I’m glad that you are enjoying the Kate Shugak series. I just finished #20, which is quite a cliff-hanger. Thank goodness Dana Stabenow writes quickly.

I was nodding my head when you were talking about your children. It does get easier and you appreciate the good times more for having gone through the hard times.

Quilt World problem? Saving ALL your scraps from your BOM program, getting to the LAST month and realizing that you miscut the last step, are five squares short, cannot cobble the 4 1/2 inch squares into anything resembling the required 5 1/2 squares, finding the fabric on line with a sale price that is negated by having a minimum one yard purchase, plus postage, and ordering it anyway because you don’t have time to get it at the shop. OY!

    All the best.
