Teen Boy Bricks Quilt – Finished!

Teen Boy Bricks Quilt

I squoze (squeezed?) in this finish early Sunday morning just before our guild meeting because I wanted to show the simple Bricks pattern as our guild wants to focus more on charitable crafting in 2014.  I had the top pieced a couple days ago, and just did some straight line quilting and a scrappy binding (by machine!) in about two hours.

This version of Bricks uses 42 blocks, the exact size of a layer cake, and measures 54×63″, a great lap size for a teen boy.

I found one fabric to draw the other colors from – it had grey, blue, black, and tan in it.  That made it easy to pull the right fabrics!
