  1. I laughed at your description of your Ninja attack on the spider. Thanks! I needed that.
That is such a great tip for chicken. My chicken breasts are hit and miss with the tenderness. I will have to try that. We have been doing a lot of thighs since they are cheaper but still have plenty of tasty meat. They don’t dry out or get chewy nearly as easily.

I LOVE fresh green beans. 2 of my favorite ways of having them are this easy recipe:http://www.thestayathomechef.com/2013/12/the-best-green-beans-ever.html and also tossed with baby red potatoes in olive oil and dry Lipton onion soup mix, then roasted. SO yummy. I also like these: http://www.thestayathomechef.com/2013/07/spicy-roasted-green-beans.html but my kids won’t eat them as they are a little spicy. She has several good green bena recipes. The tarragon sauce one sounds good too, but I have not tried it.

  2. One more thing I remembered I wanted to ask. Are you using plastic bags for storing the quilts to keep them cleaner? Our local textile expert said to use old cotton pillowcases for storing if you can’t roll them. Would the cat “stuff” get through the pillowcases?
