I’m just now getting around to posting photos of quilts I finished at the end of the last year, so first up is a pair of patriotic quilts being donated to the local Veterans Affairs hospital.
The first is a series of simple offset Hunters Stars. When I was cutting the reds and blues for the star centers, I was thinking I was doing nine-patches. Size-wise, I needed four patches, so I had a lot of leftover squares!
The second quilt is a Disappearing Nine Patch made with those leftover squares!
These are on their way to the hospital and a good home!
Some lucky recipient will cherish them for sure! They look so nice, Pam!
Beautiful! Thank you for creating them.
Both are gorgeous! Thank you for donating to our veterans!
Very nice of you! Lovely quilts.
