Sunday Stash - Rested and Returned

Well, you’d think all that laying about near a beach (not on it, mind you - too much sand!) would mean that I wouldn’t have a productive week in terms of my stash. You’d be mostly right, except we returned home Saturday afternoon, so I got a chance to finish up some things today that were near complete before we left.  I did my second sample tablerunner, and finished up the vintage Christmas quilt which I got back from the longarmer just before we left.  Once it stops raining and the yard dries out, I can take it outside to photograph.

While traveling, I did work on a handstitched wool applique project as well, but it’s not quite done yet, so the backing for that will likely get logged this week since there’s only a few more pieces to attached before it’s done.

  • Used this Week: 21 yard
    • 3 yd for tabletopper
    • 18 yd for king sized Vintage Christmas Quilt
  • Used Year to Date: 179.25 yards
  • Added this Week: 1.25 yard
    • 1.25 yd for daughter’s clothes
  • Net Used YTD: 87.5 yards
  • YTD Used for Charity: 58.75 yards (33% of total used)

  1. While you were productive and getting further into the green even on a vacation week, I bought about 50 yards of fabric. #butheyihaveastashnow 😜
