HtbaS – Episode 288

This week, I celebrate my 6th Podcastiversary! I can’t believe I’ve been doing this for six years!

It’s been a busy couple of weeks with travel for work, but projects, quilt finishes, and various cat and dog adventures. I also talk about what to expect for the rest of the year for social sew-ins online.

Books discussed in this episode:

Today’s podcast was Jett on air, but Nina on my lap. Enjoy her pink toe beans!

  1. Thanks for your reply, Pam. Let’s just all go play in our quilt forts and forget about adulting! That would be fun! Thanks for kepping me laughing!

  2. Happy 6th podcastiversary! I am so sorry I missed it, but hopefully this late wish will make it last longer.

Yes, I am back to being a #podcastdeliquent. Welcome to my life. I’ll have to catch up on the other episodes I missed later.

I have found that there is a guild in my area with a very cliquey personality. I go periodically and pay the visitor rate because I have never been able to break into it. They do have good speakers so I go when I can.

I am sorry you didn’t get the promotion. You know all the platitudes so I won’t repeat them here (unless it will be make you feel better. I’ll be happy to come back and edit). I do want to say that you can focus your super energy on quiltmaking.

I don’t believe in promotions without a pay raise. It just means they are trying to assuage quilt. I do understand business, so….

I am amazed that you figured all that stuff out about Google Hangouts/YouTube Live. Really impressive.

We need to know what fell on your roof. I hope it wasn’t something that fell out of a plane.

In the last few days, I put some info out on my blog about Bonnie Hunter’s newest mystery.

I think you’ll be happier to keep this site separate from the Stitch as you don’t know what will happen in the future. If you sell the Stitch for a gazillion dollars, you might not want to sell your HtbaS content with it.

    Hope you are doing well.
